Response Time

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent listing issues (incorrect information, duplicate profiles), please include your baker name and city in the subject line.

How do I claim my bakery listing?

Visit your bakery's profile page and click "Claim This Listing." You'll verify ownership via a code sent to your business email. Once verified, you can edit your profile, respond to quotes, and manage your listing.Learn more

How do I report incorrect information?

On any baker profile, click the "Report an Issue" link. Select the issue type and provide details. Our team reviews reports within 48 hours.

What does it cost to be listed?

Your listing is free forever — no monthly fee and no contract. Optionally you can top up a wallet: $2 when a couple sends you a quote request, and Featured placement in your city starting at $1/month. Ordinary search ranking is based on ratings and reviews and cannot be bought.See pricing

I'm a couple — how do I contact a baker?

Browse bakers in your city, visit their profile, and use the "Request a Quote" form. Your message goes directly to the baker's inbox, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
